I know, the title doesn’t grab you. Made stuffed burgers. Measured out 2oz. for each side of a burger and then stuffed the middle with pepper jack cheese and two sliced up Jalapeno peppers, seeds included. The burger meat had a mixture Parmesan cheese, panko, and an onion, garlic, ketchup, steak sauce and Worcestershire sauce reduction. Salt and pepper to taste as usual.
Then seared the burgers in a pan on the stovetop and into a 400F oven for 10 minutes. Perfect burgers.
I wanted the salad to be something different and this definitely fit the bill.
The salad was a Tomato, Avocado and Onion salad. Dressed with a little olive oil and red wine vinegar, and a little salt and pepper to taste.
