Dinner Tonight: Burgers and salad

I know, the title doesn’t grab you. Made stuffed burgers. Measured out 2oz. for each side of a burger and then stuffed the middle with pepper jack cheese and two sliced up Jalapeno peppers, seeds included. The burger meat had a mixture Parmesan cheese, panko, and an onion, garlic, ketchup, steak sauce and Worcestershire sauce reduction. Salt and pepper to taste as usual.

Then seared the burgers in  a pan  on the stovetop and into a 400F oven for 10 minutes. Perfect burgers.

I wanted the salad to be something different and this definitely fit the bill.
The salad was a Tomato, Avocado and Onion salad. Dressed with a little olive oil and red wine vinegar, and a little salt and pepper to taste.

    1. Yeah it was. We were thinking of other things to stuff burgers with and came up with of course Avocado, maybe some bacon, and a few other things. But the other pound of ground beef is going to be turned into a faux bolognese sauce in a day or so.
